Penwright uses AI to generate document drafts and marketing content from the information you provide. This page explains what those outputs are — and what they are not. It is the most important boundary of this service.
1. Not legal advice
The documents Penwright produces are general, informational template drafts. They are not legal advice, do not create a solicitor-client relationship, and are not guaranteed to be valid, enforceable or suitable in any jurisdiction or for your specific situation. Penwright is not a law firm and does not practise law, represent you, or provide tax or financial advice. Have any important or legally binding document reviewed by a qualified solicitor before you use it.
2. Informational starting point only
Drafts, outlines, marketing copy, visual directions and promo storyboards are a starting point for you to review, edit and decide on — not finished professional deliverables. Each draft includes editable [BRACKETED] fields and review flags marking what to check with a solicitor.
3. No guaranteed results
We do not guarantee any legal, commercial or marketing outcome, including that a document will be accepted, that marketing will perform, or that a name is available. Results depend on your facts, your execution and factors outside our control.
4. Accuracy and your review
AI can produce content that is inaccurate, outdated, incomplete or not suited to your circumstances. You are responsible for checking every output for accuracy, legality and suitability before you rely on or publish it.
5. Marketing, trademark and copyright responsibility
Marketing content is a creative suggestion. You must ensure your marketing is truthful and complies with local advertising, data-protection and consumer-protection rules, and that any names, marks or images do not infringe third-party rights. See the Acceptable Use Policy and Content License.
6. How your data is used with AI
We do not use your inputs, uploaded files or generated results to train AI models. Where an AI provider is enabled, your studio text is sent to that provider only to generate your result. See the Privacy Policy.
