This Content License explains who owns what when you use Penwright, provided by LEGAL PROMOTION AND MARKETING SERVICES LIMITED — both the material you provide and the document drafts and marketing assets the service generates.
1. Your inputs and uploaded material
You keep all ownership of the facts, business details, logos, images and other material you provide. You grant Penwright a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process that material only to deliver the service to you (for example to draft your document and marketing). Uploaded reference files and example data are cached for up to 30 days and then cleared unless kept in an active project. You can request deletion at any time.
2. Drafts and assets Penwright generates for you
Subject to your subscription being in good standing and to the conditions below, Penwright grants you a commercial licence to use the document drafts, marketing copy, visual directions, promo storyboards and exported Business Kit it generates from your brief, for your own business.
3. Your review and due diligence obligation
Drafts are informational templates, not legal advice, and are not guaranteed valid or enforceable. Before you rely on a draft, edit the bracketed fields for your facts and have important or binding documents reviewed by a qualified solicitor. Before using generated names, marks or images commercially, complete your own trademark and copyright due diligence. See the AI Disclaimer and Acceptable Use Policy.
4. What you may not do
- Present generated drafts as licensed legal advice or as the work of a qualified solicitor.
- Use generated assets to impersonate or infringe a third-party brand, or to mislead.
- Resell the raw generation service itself as if it were your own tool.
5. Our platform
The Penwright software, templates, design system and branding remain the property of LEGAL PROMOTION AND MARKETING SERVICES LIMITED. This licence covers the outputs you create, not the underlying platform.
6. Model training
We do not use your inputs, uploaded material or generated results to train AI models. They are processed solely to deliver your outputs.
