These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Penwright, an online-only AI drafting and marketing studio provided by LEGAL PROMOTION AND MARKETING SERVICES LIMITED. By creating an account, subscribing or using the studio, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Penwright generates informational document drafts, marketing copy, visual directions, promo storyboards and a Business Kit from the information you provide. It is a digital subscription tool that delivers informational and creative outputs only. It does not ship physical goods and provides no offline, in-person or installation service.
2. Not legal advice
The documents Penwright produces are general, informational template drafts. They are not legal, tax or financial advice, and they do not create a solicitor-client relationship. Penwright does not guarantee that any draft is valid, enforceable or suitable in any jurisdiction. Have important or binding documents reviewed by a qualified solicitor before you rely on them. 3. No regulated legal practice
Penwright is not a law firm and does not practise law. It does not represent you, appear in any matter on your behalf, or provide individual legal judgement or opinions. You must not present Penwright output as licensed legal advice or as the work of a qualified solicitor, and you must not use it to hold yourself out as authorised to provide legal services.
4. No guaranteed outcomes
We make no promise of any specific legal, commercial or marketing result. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or out of date and must be reviewed and adapted by you before use.
5. Eligibility and minors
You must be at least 13 to use Penwright. It is not for anyone under 13. If you are 13–17, you may use it only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. By using the service you confirm you meet these requirements and, where you act for a business, that you are authorised to do so.
6. Accounts
Keep your login credentials secure and accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
7. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation
Payment terms: paid plans are USD subscriptions processed by Stripe.
- Plans are Draft (free), Studio and Agency, billed in USD monthly or yearly through Stripe.
- Paid plans renew automatically each period until cancelled. Prices are shown before you subscribe.
- This is a pure subscription — there are no credits and no stored value. Monthly draft allowances reset each period and do not carry over.
- You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Your content and licence
You keep ownership of the material you upload and the facts you enter. You grant us a limited licence to process it to deliver the service. Rights in generated drafts and any commercial-use conditions are set out in the Content License.
9. Acceptable use
You must use Penwright lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy, including not producing false, misleading or infringing marketing and not misusing generated drafts.
10. Intellectual property
The Penwright platform, software, templates, design and branding belong to LEGAL PROMOTION AND MARKETING SERVICES LIMITED. These Terms grant you no rights in them beyond use of the service.
11. Availability and changes
We aim to keep Penwright available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, improve or change features, and may amend these Terms; material changes will be notified and the updated date shown below.
12. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Penwrightis provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made in reliance on generated drafts. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
