Penwright is a pure digital subscription provided by LEGAL PROMOTION AND MARKETING SERVICES LIMITED. This policy explains how billing, cancellation and refunds work. All amounts are in USD.
1. Subscriptions
Paid plans (Studio and Agency) are billed in advance each period — monthly or yearly — and renew automatically until cancelled. Draft is free. There are no credits and no stored value; monthly draft allowances reset each period and do not carry over.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing support@legpromarser.shop. When you cancel, your plan does not renew and your access continues until the end of the current paid period. Unused monthly allowance is not refundable because it does not carry over.
3. Refunds
Refund eligibility is assessed under the rules below and any mandatory consumer law that applies.
- Because Penwright delivers digital drafts immediately, paid periods are generally non-refundable once the period has started.
- If a technical fault on our side prevented you from using a paid feature and we could not resolve it, contact us and we will review a pro-rata refund or credit for the affected period.
- If a generated draft is unsatisfactory, our first step is to help you regenerate or refine it at no extra cost.
- Duplicate or clearly erroneous charges are refunded in full.
4. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights that apply to you. Where a right of withdrawal applies to digital services, note that by starting to use the service within any cooling-off period you may acknowledge that the right to withdraw can be lost once delivery has begun, to the extent permitted by law.
5. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer. We never handle your full card details.
